CURRENT RECYCLING NEWS:
NEW IN 2022 – Vegetable Cooking Oil Recycling Program
Ridgewood residents may now drop-off used and expired vegetable cooking oil at the Recycling Center. To participate:
1) Pour used, cooled vegetable cooking oil into a disposable, leak-proof, plastic container (preferably the original one and no larger than 5-gallons in size)
2) Tighten the container cap
3) Do not mix the used vegetable cooking oil with any other liquids or products
4) Bring your full container to the recycling center and hand it to our attendant

IMPORTANT RECYCLING REMINDERS:
- Plastic bags are not allowed in the recycling barrel.
- Always use the official Village of Ridgewood barrel for collection of bottles & cans.
The Village of Ridgewood provides residential curbside collection of many recyclable materials. We also operate a full-service recycling center.
