AMENDMENT TO MEETING SCHEDULE

CANCELED: JANUARY 9, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of the "Open Public Meetings Act," please be advised that the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT public meeting and work session for TUESDAY, JANUARY 9, 2024, in the VILLAGE HALL COURT ROOM, 4th Floor, 131 NORTH MAPLE AVENUE, RIDGEWOOD, NJ beginning at 7:30 p.m. has been canceled due to the expected storm/flooding.

 

The Leonard & Hallowell, 65 Park Slope, Block 2110, Lot 15, application has been carried to March 12, 2024 without further notice.

 

The To & Robbins, 155 Phelps Road, Block 1605, Lot 12, application has been carried to February 13, 2024 without further notice.

 

The Gusfa, 488 Overbrook Rd, Block 3612, Lot 14, application has been carried to January 30, 2024 without further notice.

 

The Masseria, 375 Van Emburgh Avenue, Block 4909, Lot 9, has been carried to January 30, 2024 without further notice.

 

The Kenney, 210 Walthery Avenue, Block 3309, Lot 19, application has been carried to January 30, 2024 without further notice.

 

The next meeting will be held on January 23, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Courtroom, 4th Floor, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ. This will be the Annual Reorganization Meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. A regular business meeting will follow.  

 

All meetings of the Ridgewood Board of Adjustment (i.e., official public meetings, work session meetings, pre-meeting assemblies and special meetings) are public meetings, which are always open to members of the public.
