Program Registrations On Community Pass

Registration for all programs can be completed on Community Pass . Registration closes 1 week prior to the class program start date.  All programs carry a $15 non resident fee. The Parks & Recreation Department policy does not allow refunds for any program once it has begun. Those who withdraw from a program between registration and 7 business days prior will receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.  Those who withdraw less then 7 business days before the program will receieve a refund minus a 20% administrative fee.  The department is not permitted to prorate, however if a participant is forced to leave a program due to injury or illness, a prorated amount will be refunded once a medical note is received.

Registration can be done on Community Pass http://www.ridgewoodnj.net/communitypass.  New members must create an account.  The account should be created for the head of the household and then additional family members should be added.  Birthdates must be listed for each additional family member to show eligibility for programs.  Please make sure that accounts are up to date with correct emergency contacts (someone outside the household), phone numbers, medical conditions/food allergies, and that emails are correct and receiving our email blast for the most up to date information.

Once accounts are made, programs can be found in the Village Parks & Recreation line.  Click the orange Register Now button to be taken to the program catalog.

Once you've hit Register Now, you will be taken to our catalog of programs.  You can search by clicking family memebrs and it will show the eligibility for each person or click Show Sessions to see the classes offered for each program.  Class sessions will show you the dates, times, locations and availability.  Please make sure to click any red exclamation points because they show information about the class (descriptions, materials & supplies, etc). If a program is available, add to your cart and continue browsing.  If a program is full, click add to waitlist, (those on the waitlist do not pay for programs until they are released from the list). Once your cart is full, you can hit the checkout tab.  Here you will be asked to fill out program registrations forms and finally submit payment. If you have any difficulties, the staff at the Stable will be happy to assist you (201) 670-5560.
