Special Needs Registry

The Village of Ridgewood Office of Emergency Management is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well being of our special needs residents and visitors. We encourage you to constantly update your Special Needs Registry form as you or your family member's condition changes. Outdated or irrelevant information delays our response to you and others in the Village. If a special needs family member moves away, has a condition change or is deceased please email Vikram Dalmiya with an updated form or cancellation email. Information from the Special Needs Registry is shared amongst the Village of Ridgewood public safety departments and is held strictly confidential.

Please be advised that the Village of Ridgewood has no obligation to provide generators, oxygen, medical supplies or other necessities. We highly encourage you to prepare to be without medical response for 72 hours or more. During an emergency, OEM staff will contact those listed under both Primary Contact and Emergency Contact. Please make sure you have both a permanent working phone number and valid email address listed or you will not be reached.
