RIDGEWOOD PARKING PERMITS (RPP) – OBTAINED AT VILLAGE HALL RECEPTION DESK
$1,325 – Ridgewood Residents Only SOLD OUT - Train Station, Prospect Lot, Park and Ride and all lots – limited to 160, first come, first served
$1,000 – Ridgewood Residents Only - Chestnut, Walnut, Cottage, Park and Ride lots
Free – Ridgewood Residents Only - Train Station Sticker
$1,000– Non-resident in Park and Ride lot only
$1,975 – Non-resident in Cottage Place lot only
All streets – 75 cents/hour – Will increase in February 1st, 2020 to $1.25/hour
All lots – 75 cents/hour – Will increase in February 1st, 2020 to $1.00/hour
All lots except the Cottage Place lot, the Train Station lot, and the Park and Ride lot have 3-hour meters. The Cottage Place lot (11-hour meters), the Train Station lot (14-hour meters), and the Park and Ride lot (14-hour meters) have extended parking meters.
In addition, in the Walnut Street lot, spaces for CBD employees will be 11 hours.
CBD EMPLOYEE STICKERS – OBTAINED AT VILLAGE HALL RECEPTION DESK
CBD parking sticker required - $30 annual sticker required to park in CBD spots in Cottage Place lot and Walnut Street lot. Hangtags are $105/month or $52.50 if sold from the 16th of the month forward.

Prospect – 3-hour meters
Vehicles with commuter hangtags (RPP) are not allowed to park in the parking spaces designated for shoppers/diners, except for Saturdays.
