19-121 Authorize Encroachment Agreement – 75 North Van Dien Avenue – Authorizes an Encroachment Agreement for a minor encroachment into the Village’s right-of-way on the sidewalk, in order to allow the homeowner to renovate the low retaining wall at the front of their property
19-122 Dissolve Ridgewood Construction Board of Appeals – Dissolves the Ridgewood Construction Board of Appeals for the express purpose of directing such appeals to the Bergen County Construction Board of Appeals
19-123 Accept Donation to Ridgewood Community Center– Accepts a donation of $1,000 to the Ridgewood Community Center due to the Village’s staff and families volunteering and hosting a water table during the 10K race at the Ridgewood Memorial Day Run. The North Jersey Masters does not have any applications before any board or committee of the Village of Ridgewood. This donation will be used to enhance successful programming and events at the Community Center. 
19-124 Declare Property Surplus – Public Works – Declares various pieces of Public Works equipment surplus, and authorizes the Village Manager to dispose of said items
19-125 Establish Community Center Rules of Conduct – Establishes Rules of Conduct for the Community Center for those using the facilities or attending programs in the Community Center. These rules have been approved by the Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board and the Community Center Advisory Board.
19-126 Authorize Execution of Policy Statement and Agreement – Municipal Stream Clearance and Maintenance and Dredging of Kings Pond (Bergen County Mosquito Commission) – Authorizes the Mayor, Village Manager and Deputy Village Clerk to execute this agreement with Bergen County
19-127 Temporarily Suspend Enforcement of Hudson Street Parking Permit Requirement – Hudson Street Parking Lot - Temporarily suspends enforcement of Hudson Street Parking Permit requirement in the Hudson Street parking lot and designates flex parking spaces in the last three rows of parking spaces, farthest from South Broad Street, to allow Hudson Parking Permit holders, Premium Parking Permit holders, and shoppers/diners (with a 3-hour limit and the requirement to pay the meter) to park in the flex parking spaces until the Village Manager directs the Police Department to enforce   
19-128 Authorize Funding for Schematic Diagram and 3-D Computer Model of Proposed Police Department Indoor Shooting Range (NTE $15,000) – Authorizes the drawing of a schematic diagram, along with a 3-D computer model for a proposed Police Department indoor shooting range in order to obtain a realistic price for the construction of this range
