3242 Amend Chapter 190
Land Use and Development Revise Requirements for Site Plan Approval Exempts wall mounted and building mounted signs from
site plan approval; requires the applicant to submit an approved site plan or plat to
the Secretary of the Planning Board, which shall
be signed by the Chair and Secretary of the Planning Board; sets additional time to be granted
for a preliminary major site plan or a preliminary major subdivision for an area of
50 acres or more; sets requirements for all
major subdivisions; also sets regulations for:
roof- mounted service equipment structures, parking
areas, outdoor storage, the Garden Apartment Residence District; as well as establishing Special Regulations

Recreation Division Program Instruction Awards contracts to various vendors for Recreation Program instruction for 2010. It reserves the right for the Recreation Department to negotiate
