PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE/AGENDA

1.      7:30 p.m.- Call to Order, Statement of Compliance, Flag Salute, Roll Call  - In accordance with the provisions of Section 10:4-8d of the Open Public Meetings Act, the date, location, and time of the commencement of this meeting is reflected in a meeting notice, a copy of which schedule has been filed with the Village Manager and the Village Clerk, The Ridgewood News and The Record newspapers, and posted on the bulletin board in the entry lobby of the Village municipal offices at 131 North Maple Avenue, and on the Village website, all  in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.

2.      7:35 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. - Public Comments on Non Agenda Topics

 

3.      7:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Discussion re: Amendment to the historical preservation plan element of the master plan. Designation of Graydon Pool as a historic site.

 

4.      8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. - Michael and Jane Watson, 381 Beveridge Road, Block 1302, Lot 6 – Continuation of hearing on application for minor subdivision and variance approval.

 

5.      9:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. - Church of God, World Mission Society, Inc., 305 Godwin Avenue, Block 2403, Lot 23 – Application for preliminary and final major site plan, variance approval and exception from design standards to allow two two-story additions for a pastor’s residence, choir practice room, study room and other rooms; restriping of the existing parking area; and other site improvements.

 

6.      10:15 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – Discussion of Draft Ordinance re: HC – Highway Commercial Zone District

7.      10:30 p.m. – 10:35 p.m. – Approval of Minutes: November 15, 2011; December 6, 2011

 

8.      Adjournment

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, all meetings of the Ridgewood Planning Board (i.e., official public meetings, work sessions, pre-meeting assemblies and special meetings) are public meetings, which are always open to members of the general public.
