JOEL & NICOLE TORIELLI – For the construction of a second story addition which would result in side yard setbacks of 8.68 feet where 10 feet is the minimum required, aggregate side yards of 18.51 feet where 19.8 feet is the minimum required, a rear yard setback of 14.22 feet where 30 feet is the minimum required and gross building area of 37.3%/2238 s.f. where 35%/2856 s.f. is the maximum permitted at 422 Bogert Avenue, Block 3001 Lot 13 in an R-2 zone.

 

ROBERT TROBE & WENDY DOCKRAY –  For the construction of a second floor addition which will result in a front yard setback of 30.18 feet where 40 feet is the minimum required at 460 Alpine Terrace, Block 1608 Lot 12  in an R-2 zone.

 

STEVEN & LYNN BENSON – For the construction of a two story addition which will result in a front yard setback, on Kickerbocker Road, of 19.9 feet + to the columns of a new portico roof and 23.0 feet + to the addition where 45 feet is the minimum required for both, a side yard setback of 6.6 feet where 23.9 feet is the minimum required and lot coverage within 140 feet of the front lot line of 24.7% and total coverage of 23.5% where 20% is the maximum permitted for both.  A new 20 x 20 foot paved area on Knickebocker Road will increase the maximum driveway width to 28 feet where 25 feet is the maximum permitted at 117 John Street, Block 3408 Lot 1 in an R-1 zone.
