JENS KULSTAD & HEATHER TROYER –  (Carried from 2/9/10) To demolish an existing detached garage and not replace it, where a garage is required at 620 East Glen Avenue, Block 3303 Lot 2 in an R-2 zone.  POSTPONED TO 5/11/10

 

DARRYL ALBONICO –  (Carried from 2/9/10) For the demolition of an existing single-family home and the construction of a new single family dwelling which will result in a front yard setback, on Shelton Road, of 27 feet to the steps, 30 feet to the portico, 32.83 feet to the house, 32.72 feet to the porch, where 40 feet is the minimum required, and a front yard setback, on Walthery Avenue, of 34.22 feet to the house, where 40 feet is the minimum required for all.  Also requested is a driveway with a width of 21 feet where 15 feet is the maximum permitted at 303 Walthery Avenue, Block 3306, Lot 17 in an R-2 zone.

 

THOMAS STACHELRODT – (Carried from 2/23/10) To permit expansion of a nonconforming structure, as a result of additions already partially constructed at 334 South Broad Street, Block 3905 Lot 23 in an R-3 zone

            ROBERT JENNEE – To permit the expansion of a driveway to 29 feet where 17 feet            is the maximum permitted at 301 South Pleasant Avenue, Block 4307, Lot 27 in an             R-2 zone.

JUERGEN & JANINE HOCHEGGER – For the construction of a one story addition which would result in a side yard setback of 7.2 feet where 10 feet is the minimum required, aggregate side yards of 18.9 feet where 19.8 feet is the minimum required and lot coverage of 22.1% where 20% is the maximum permitted, also proposed is replacement of an air conditioning unit with a setback of 9.0 feet where 10 feet is the minimum required at 441 Fairfield Avenue, Block 3001, Lot 25 in an R-2 zone.

 

            JOHN & JENNIFER LITNER – For the construction of a new single-family home and             detached garage, which will result in a side yard setback, coverage by above-grade      structures within 140 feet of the front lot line and gross building area within 140 feet     of the front lot line and improvement coverage within 140 feet of the front lot line at      120 Avondale Road, Block 1402 Lot 6 in an R-1 zone.
