6.         Old Business:

 

            STEVE & CELINE SPINO – A continuation from the January 10th meeting on an application for the construction of a second floor and two story additions which would result in a front yard setback, to the second floor addition, of 39 feet where 40 feet is the minimum required at 69 Pershing Avenue, Block 3505, Lot 33 in an R-2 zone. The proposed additions will result in a gross building area of 33.2% where 32% is the maximum permitted, and a gross building area within 140 feet of the front lot line of 40.3% and 3,500 sq.ft. where 34% and 3360 sq.ft. is the maximum permitted.

 

BANK OF AMERICA – A continuation from the January 10th meeting on an application for the installation of an ATM machine in an existing bank drive through lane, which requires use variance and  bulk variance relief, and also site plan approval, at 25 North Maple Avenue, Block 3613, Lot 2.01.

 

THOMAS STACHELRODT – A continuation from the December 13th 2011 meeting on an  application to permit expansion of a nonconforming structure, as a result of additions already partially constructed at  334 South Broad Street, Block 3905, Lot 23 in an R-3 zone.

7.         New Business:

 

            SETH GROSSMAN – An application to allow to remain in the front yard, a recreational ball court, which is not a permitted structure in that location at 65 South Murray Avenue, Block 2403, Lot 25.02 in an R-110 zone. This request is a result of a remand by the judgement of the Superior Court of the County of Bergen Appellate Division.

           

 

            MICHAEL & FARA Mc NEIL – An application for the construction of a second floor addition which will result in a front yard setback of 32.79 feet where 40 feet is the minimum required and a 9.71 foot side yard setback where 10 feet is the minimum required at 320 Stevens Avenue, Block 4308, Lot 13 in an R-2 zone. A variance is required for a gross building area of 38.6% where 35% is the maximum permitted.

 

 

            JOSEPH & MARY HAMMER – An application of the construction of a one story mudroom addition which will result in a separation distance from an existing detached garage of 7.33 feet where 12 feet is the minimum required at 616 Heights Road, Block 1406, Lot 9 in an R-1 zone.
